Mentorship

One of FOCUS's core goals is to strengthen the connections between finance professionals across our member institutions. As our organization continues to grow, we are exploring opportunities to develop a more formal mentorship program that encourages collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional development among members.

This is an ongoing conversation, and we welcome your ideas. If you have thoughts about what a FOCUS mentorship program could look like, or experiences you would like to share, FOCUS President Olga Weider would be delighted to hear from you.

In the meantime, the University of Virginia is happy to help facilitate connections between FOCUS member institutions. If you would like to compare notes with a colleague at another school, discuss a particular challenge, or simply expand your professional network, we'd be glad to help make an introduction whenever possible.

We're excited about the future of mentorship within FOCUS and the many ways our members can learn from one another. Check back often as we continue developing new opportunities for collaboration, connection, and shared learning.
